and Susie Omeron will facilitate this training.
This seminar explores the important support relationship
between professional colleagues. Based
on a three-phase model of learning, this session
offers practical tools, specific templates, and technical
tips for educators who help others to increase
the effectiveness of their practice.
We will explore a continuum of interaction, from
consulting to collaboration to coaching.
Topics will include defining and developing the
colleague-to –colleague support relationship, development
from novice to expert thinking in
teaching, and shifting from teaching-focused to
learning-focused interactions with students. |
