Description
| | Cognitive Coaching, a concept developed by Art Costa and Robert Garmston, is a coaching model for problem solving. Participants will understand essence of Cognitive Coaching including trust, structured conversations and response behaviors and States of Mind. Problem-Resolving Map, The PACE, The LEAD, Formulating effective goal statements, listening for States of Mind, crafting questions to open thinking around the 5 States of Mind, integration of all of the tools.
