Description
| | Cognitive Coaching, a concept developed by Art Costa and Robert Garmston, is a coaching model for problem solving. Participants will understand essence of Cognitive Coaching including trust, structured conversations and response behaviors and States of Mind. The workshop is structured for learning the concepts and opportunities for practice.

Sue Presler is the presenter. The final 3 days training will include:
Problem-Resolving Map, The PACE, The LEAD, Formulating effective goal statements, listening for States of Mind, crafting questions to open thinking around the 5 States of Mind, integration of all of the tools.
