Description Cognitive Coaching, a concept developed by Art Costa and Robert Garmston, is a coaching model for problem solving. Participants will understand essence of Cognitive Coaching including trust, structured conversations and response behaviors and States of Mind. The workshop is structured for learning the concepts and opportunities for practice.

Comments This is a continuation of the Cognitive Coaching Workshop Day 1 and Day 2. Participation in Days 1 and 2 are a prerequisite for attendance at this session. Sue Presler is the presenter. This session will concentrate on mediational questioning, Reflecting Conversations, 5 types of feedback, the role of filters and planning for personal growth with the Cognitive Coaching information and skills, and MORE.
