| | Cognitive Coaching, a concept developed by Art Costa and Robert Garmston, is a coaching model for problem solving. Participants will understand essence of Cognitive Coaching including trust, structured conversations and response behaviors and States of Mind. | | This is a continuation of the Cognitive Coaching Workshop
Day 1 and Day 2. Participation in Days 1 and 2 are a prerequisite for attendance at this session.
Sue Presler is the presenter. This session will concentrate on mediational questioning, Reflecting Conversations, 5 types of feedback, the role of filters and planning for personal growth with the Cognitive Coaching information and skills, and MORE.
