REGISTRATION POLICY: For events that include meals, online registration closes 7 business days prior to the workshop unless otherwise noted. Cancellations must be received at least 7 business days in advance to avoid being billed. Participants who do not attend and have not canceled will be charged. If a participant needs to register or make changes to an existing registration within 7 business days of the event, they must contact the event coordinator listed on the workshop directly.

* Registrations or changes to current registrations will not be accepted after 10/27/2025. 
There will be a $25 fee for all in person registrations regardless of attendance. 

* Join us for an engaging and transformative workshop designed to explore the powerful synergy between teacher credibility and collective efficacy. This workshop will illuminate the connection between these two critical aspects of educational practice and provide actionable strategies to enhance both.

Learning Intentions:

  • Participants will gain a deep understanding of how teacher credibility influences student motivation and engagement. Specific actions that increase teacher credibility: becoming more trustworthy, competent, dynamic, and responsive in the eyes of students.
  • Participants will learn strategies to build and enhance collective efficacy within their teaching teams.
  • Participants will develop practical skills to improve communication and problem-solving within their teams.
