REGISTRATION POLICY: For events that include meals, online registration closes 7 business days prior to the workshop unless otherwise noted. Cancellations must be received at least 7 business days in advance to avoid being billed. Participants who do not attend and have not canceled will be charged. If a participant needs to register or make changes to an existing registration within 7 business days of the event, they must contact the event coordinator listed on the workshop directly.

Learn when it is legal for students to use copyrighted materials in their own creative work. Learn how to make a fair-use determination about the appropriate and legal use of copyrighted print media, music, and images. Discover the importance of eliminating copyright confusion and replacing it with copyright clarity to support digital learning.

Dive deeper into the concepts of copyright and fair use; practice scenarios and explore the impact of copyright and fair use on digital instruction and learning.
