There will be a $25 fee for all in person registrations regardless of attendance.
* Join us for an engaging and transformative workshop designed to explore the powerful synergy between teacher credibility and collective efficacy. This workshop will illuminate the connection between these two critical aspects of educational practice and provide actionable strategies to enhance both.
Learning Intentions:
- Participants will gain a deep understanding of how teacher credibility influences student motivation and engagement. Specific actions that increase teacher credibility: becoming more trustworthy, competent, dynamic, and responsive in the eyes of students.
- Participants will learn strategies to build and enhance collective efficacy within their teaching teams.
- Participants will develop practical skills to improve communication and problem-solving within their teams.
